I am confused by the different usernames and passwords. Can you please explain the difference?

Certainly. There are 3 main passwords that could be used in your dealings with Reliable Solution Internet Services.
  1. The domain password : This is issued to you if you order domains through us. It will only work on the domain page (http://domain.reliablesolution.com). It is used for making DNS changes or renewals for your domain.
  2. The control panel password: This is issued to you in a Welcome Email when you order hosting from us. It is used by adding a '/cpanel' after your domain name (eg. www.yourdomainname.com.au/cpanel). Within in CPanel you control a lot of functions of your hosting including email, web stats, checking bandwidth, and lots more.
  3. The Reliable Solution password. Initially this is the same username/password as your Cpanel password, although we do recommend that you change at least one of them. The Reliable Solution password is used to login on the LEFT hand side of the Reliable Solution site (www.reliablesolution.com). It is used to access account functions for your membership with us, including renewing hosting, upgrading/downgrading, and affiliate functions.
Please check out these 3 different areas and see what the functions are that are available in each.
