1. Ensure you have the correct domain transfer auth info (obtain from current registrar) and the owners email address is valid in the whois database.
2. Go to our website.
3. Select 'I want to transfer my domain to Telford Internet'
4. Enter the domain details.
5. Press 'Check Availability'
6. Confirm that the details are correct and press 'Add to Cart'
7. Update the Name Server Details if applicable
8. Proceed to 'Checkout'
9. Existing Customers - Login using link at top of details (if not already)
10. New Customers - Complete all your details
11. Enter the AUTHCODE in the comments section of this page
    1. If an invalid domain transfer auth info has been submitted, the transfer will be rejected and you will need to retrieve this before resubmitting.
12. Press 'Complete Order'
13. We will then organise the transfer of your domain.
    1. If the correct domain transfer auth info has been submitted an email will be sent to the owner contact in the whois database. (the email address needs to be valid and accessible)
    2. Once the transfer request authorisation email has been actioned, the transfer will be submitted to the registry. It will take approx 48 hours for the transfer to complete at the registry.
    3. If no reply is received within 5 days the transfer will be cancelled.
    4. If the domain is due to expire in the next 90 Days, payment will be required to complete the transfer.

Please note that AU domains can be transferred even if they have expired, however it is advisable that you have at least 2 weeks registration remaining on the domain name.
