Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?

Yes. You can do this at any time.

If you upgrade, you will need to pay a pro-rata payment for the higher level of services until the end of your initial account.

If you downgrade, you will get a pro-rata refund for the lower level of services until the end of your initial account.
